Pick which plan is best for you?

22 sessions

BE SURE TO  SET THE CORRECT START DATE

Schedule each session

You schedule your sessions!

We suggest:

1 in gym day

(Monday & Tuesday)

&

1 at the park

(Wednesday & Thursday)

    • 2 Sessions a week all summer (1 at park, 1 in gym)

    350$
    High School athletes Speed & Agility training
    Valid for 5 weeks
    • 2 sessions a week (1 at park, 1 in gym)
    • 10 sessions that you schedule

  • Lactate & Hydration testing
