How many weeks are you available to train for at least

2 days?

Purchase a Plan

Pick which plan is best for you?

22 sessions 

or

10 sessions 

(you can add-on to either plan)

BE SURE TO  SET THE CORRECT START DATE

at checkout!

Schedule each session

You schedule your sessions!

We suggest:

1 in gym day

(Monday & Tuesday)

&

1 at the park

(Wednesday & Thursday)
