What's it is like

Working with Dayna

Dayna! You were an amazing coach! You made the training sessions fun and took a genuine interest in each person you worked with. Mentioning previous runs or future goals we all had. I looked forward to every session because I always learned something beneficial. I’ve kept all of the training workouts and still use them regularly. The progress I saw in my form was incredible! I compare the before pictures/stats to my after ones and am so grateful for all of your help in getting to that point! Thank you so much for everything you’ve helped me with in achieving my running goals.”

 - Tyler Carney (Distance athlete)

Dayna helped me recover from an ACL/meniscus injury. I had no confidence at all and thought I would never be the same. I had fear of even walking. She changed all that and built me up every single day changed my mentality. Not only did I build my physical shape back, but also my mentality. And I had a blast doing acceleration! Dayna never quit on me even through my low days that I wanted to quit. As a basketball coach I never thought I’d need a coach, but she was my coach. I’m forever grateful for Dayna Robinson for helping me where I need to be in my life! I know I have a friend for life. Thank you Dayna!

- Valma Cook (ACL Bridge athlete)

Dayna has a unique way of relating to both younger and older athletes.  Her positive interactions motivate and inspire the participant to excel at their sport and exceed their goals.  She listens and understands what each individual needs to improve, be it physical, emotional or social.  She makes the world better.
