12-week strength program for runners. Starts & ends with self assessment - to see where you start and how well you improve in 12 weeks. We will work on everything from mobility, stability, strength, even plyometric work. We work on all the body from foot strength to arm work. Just 20 minutes 2 times a week - prefect addition to your training without overtraining.
