Workshop Wednesday - Bounding
So you are a Bounder - you may have tendonopathies - achillies tendon, patellar tendon. In the workshop we will actually do corrective exercises to help & learn a few running cues to help during your run.

About the Event
Exercise Physiologist Dayna has spent years helping runners and wants to help you!
She has a Running Assessment that narrows down 5 key points to efficient running. At this workshop - is all the in's and out's of Over Striding. You will DO actual corrective exercises (so you can do them at home), and learn running cues to help you limit or overstride while running.
