About the Event
Join us for a runner-specific yoga workshop designed to help you optimize the mental and physical aspects of your running. Led by certified yoga instructor Megan Pratt, this class blends intentional mobility, breath work, yoga philosophy and strength-based flow tailored specifically for runners. We’ll focus on the areas runners need most—hips, hamstrings, calves and core —while teaching you how to connect your movement to your breath and build more mental resilience.
Whether you’re training for your next race or simply want to feel better on your daily runs, this session will give you practical tools you can use immediately. Expect guided instruction, hands-on cues, and simple routines you can take with you into your warm-ups, recovery days, and training plan.
