2- Download the "Training Peaks" App 

3- Text (435. 680.6744) or email ( me your Training Peaks account email & which pace your are wanting. (3:05, 3:15, 3:35, 4:00, 4:15, 4:30, 4:45, 5:00)

4- Once I get that information - the plan will be added to yout Training Peaks account.  You pick your end date to be October 5th & You Are Set!!
