Want total individual training? Here it is! 1:1 training to work on your exact needs; from running form, running mobility, strength training, agility training, & injury recover - we can work on whatever you need that session.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellation/No Show policy - to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. We cannot offer a refund after this point. Thank you for understanding. There are no refunds for missed Course Sessions (this includes Velocity practices/events).
