Service Description
Running is a repetitive motion, which often causes muscle imbalances, gait issues, and injury over time. These training sessions are a combination of mobility and strength training which is the best way to correct muscle imbalances and maintain a health running gait. This is a great option for athlete who have complete a Running Assessment and need a little more help! If you would like 1:1 sessions, that is an option under 1 on 1 training. If you would like multi sessions, check out the memberships/packages.

Appointment Cancellation/No Show policy - to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. We cannot offer a refund after this point. Thank you for understanding. There are no refunds for missed Course Sessions (this includes Velocity practices/events).
