happens when the foot crosses the midline of the body at the mid-stance position of the gait.


Why does it happen?


Weak glute medius

Weak abdominals

Unstable ankle

Limited range of motion at the big toe


Potential Injuries

IT band

Knee dysfunctions

Quad strains from over working to stabilize knee

Lower back pain


Add 12-15 reps of Single Leg RDLs to your training program
