Strong Feet - Assessment Part 2

Our feet are our foundation which every movement is built on.


This first step in building a strong foundation is an assessment to see how you are currently doing.

Then we have an objective way to actually see & feel progress.



With these tests, you are assessing for equal muscle strength, muscle activation, & mobility

.

Ultimately, you're looking for these tests to be EQUAL on each side.

It's ok to struggle!

your tests will improve and so will your confidence & your running!

1) Ankle Plantar Flexion

2) Ankle Dorsiflexion

3) Flamingo

4) Flamingo #2
