Words of Running Wisdom from World Senior Games track athletes.

Last week I had the opportunity to help at the Huntsman's World Senior Games track & field events.

At the bullpen, I was able to talk with every one of the track athletes as they got ready for their race. I asked a few to share their years of wisdom and here is what we got.

Advice included:

* Stay consistent

* Stretch before & after you run

* 3 sets of 75 lunges - every other day

* Wake up in the morning & eat a good breakfast

* Keep moving

* Know when to rest

*Keep running until the Good Lord tell you otherwise
